Hi, I'm Sally O'Gara, a financial coach and strategist specialising in working with wedding business owners.

I created Flourish Blueprint™ because I kept seeing the same pattern. Wedding businesses that were fully booked but still not seeing enough money in the bank, still not rewarding themselves properly for the work they put in, and still wondering what all the hard work was really for.

I work with wedding business owners turning over £100k–£1m to help them increase profits, pay themselves what they're worth, and create a clear plan for the business to fund the life they actually want.

With over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant, I bring the kind of financial expertise that most business coaches simply don't have. II understand exactly how the numbers work and how to make them work harder for you.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband and two children, lifting weights, or finding a bit of calm on my yoga mat. Staying strong, balanced and grounded matters to me both in life and in business, and that’s exactly what I love helping my clients create for themselves.
